We are proud to announce that the finalists of the international WorldStar Student Awards competition, whose projects scored enough points to compete for the title of the best in the world, included three winners of the 13th edition of the Student Zone Contest! They were honored with Finalist certificates.
Congratulations to:
Amelia Cel (project "About us") from the Academy of Art in Szczecin
Julia Janur (project "Modular Packaging for Small Fruit)" from the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow
and Anita Biela (project "Packaging Design Series for Tampons") from the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź
The competition projects were assessed by a Jury consisting of experts from the packaging industry and representatives of chambers and packaging institutes from over 30 countries! 🌍
The Student Zone Contest is a unique opportunity for young designers to establish business contacts, win their first orders, and present their ideas to a wide range of experts, from 2024 also on the international stage. Thanks to the recognition of the competition by the World Packaging Organization, the winners of our contest are allowed to take part in the WorldStar Student Awards competition without incurring the entry fee.
– This is a great distinction both for our winners and the entire Student Zone Contest. We are glad that the works of young designers are gaining international recognition and can compete with the best projects from around the world – emphasizes Ewa Bałman, Project Manager of Packaging Innovations Forum.
We wish our finalists further career development, and we encourage the rest to take part in the next edition of the Student Zone Contest. If you want to support the development of young designers, contact us: packaging@targi.krakow.pl.
